In the case of Tillamook's variety, Cocoa Butter is the only trace of chocolate to be found in its ingredients, and it's pretty far down the list.Īdd in the fact that raspberries are not even technically berries, and this entire pint of ice cream feels like one giant lie. Just because it's made using cocoa butter, milk, and sugar, there's a lack of cacao nibs, so one cannot really classify white chocolate the same way as milk chocolate or dark chocolate. While we're at it, let's address the elephant in the room: White chocolate is not actually chocolate.
